The Contra Costa County Hazardous Materials team responded to a parking lot in the area of Willow Pass Rd. and Mt. Diablo Blvd. after a barrel of unknown liquid was found in a nearby parking lot.
The liquid was discovered around 9:30 this morning.
No injuries have been reported, and nobody is in danger.

that place is like the corner of Leland and railroad
on purpose of course as the city council deems to make this once growing clean city into a Pittsburgh show
obviously no offense meant to Pittsburgh I wish people would demand more from these cronies and demand clean safe cities but when SF and Berkley are the catalyst for city management the result is far reaching trash for the rest of us ….
hopefully one day change will be made to brighten and revive cities instead of making them trashy and wastelands
