- Lynn Mackey, Contra Costa Superintendent of Schools; and
- Dr. Petra Steinbuchel, Director of the UCSF Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Portal.

Some people, like you, are fine with being lied to by elected officials about material issues in our country. Others are not.
Obviously, Mark spends a lot of time in California holding “Town Hall” meetings. Either that, or contrary to Democrats bawling and concern for the environment, he jets back and forth to Washingron, DC, leaving a huge carbon footprint clear across the entire nation much as Obama did on his trips to Hawaii. You have to ask yourself, “How much does someone like that really care about the environment?”
In my opinion, DeSaulnier should be in DC, rubbing shoulders with lawmakers to achieve a nonpartisan approach to government, and lobbying for his constituents, of both parties, for programs and money to improve the quality of their lives in his District. Clearly, he isn’t doing either of these things. I would imagine he avoids Republicans as much as possible, because why waste time on those with which he disagrees.
DeSaulnier obviously takes the easy way out and holds “Town Hall” meetings, not to “read the room,” but to spoon out the Democrat pablum as directed by Pelosi and others, rationalize their position, and propagandize for the party. Expending as little effort as possible to serve the District, it’s way past time for him to retire.
