Gee, sorry to say I’m probably going to totally avoid driving thru the Monument corridor due to the number of people that are driving without a license and insurance. Get in an accident and you’d have no recovery.

Why is ‘race’ even noted on the Arrest Report? A person was arrested for doing something wrong–the color of their skin is irrelevant.
