According to the Concord Police, the report shown above only includes approved reports. Some burglary reports might not be written or completely approved, which is why they are not included in this post.
The burglary report does not include vehicle burglaries.
There is so much shoplifting going on and zero enforcement people are no longer bothering to call it in. Same thing with mail theft, car break ins, etc.
