A Martinez man was killed in a shooting late Tuesday night in East Oakland, police said Wednesday.
Officers responded at 10:12 p.m. to the 1700 block of East 19th Street, near San Antonio Park Field, after police received a report that someone had been shot.
Officers located the victim suffering from gunshot wounds and he was taken to a hospital where he died, police said.
The man’s name was not available Wednesday from the Alameda County coroner’s bureau. He is the 69th murder victim this year in Oakland, according to police.
Crime Stoppers of Oakland and Oakland police are offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in the killing.

The killing will never stop until we the people get tired of it and replace the corrupt leadership in this state . We need to build more prisons and keep violent criminals behind bars instead of releasing them back into society over and over again . It is that simple and it is guaranteed to work .

Compare this story with one from Fairfield: An armed parolee, also from Alameda County, kicked in the door of a Suisun City couple, and got shot by the homeowner. He ran away but died on the street.
Oakland and Berkeley are the breeding ground for radical Marxists. They start the indoctrination in elementary school. Remember the Sacramento BAMN riot in 2016? The Berkeley middle-school teacher Yvette Felarca who attacked a man? She was fired from her teaching job and than rehired when things quieted down. The teaching rolls in Oakland and Berkeley and filled with her type.
The blacks and liberal whites made those cities what they are and they can live with what they created.
