A federal judge in Oakland Thursday sentenced a 41-year-old Brentwood woman to 81 months in prison for filing false tax claims, wire fraud and aggravated identify theft, federal officials said.
The sentencing of Jehoaddan Wilson follows her conviction Sept. 8, 2021, of five counts each of filing false tax claims, wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
Trial evidence demonstrated that Wilson obtained personal identifying information from scores of unsuspecting individuals through lies and misrepresentations and then filed fraudulent tax returns in their names without their knowledge that fraudulently claimed a tax refund, according an announcement from U.S. Attorney Stephanie M. Hinds and Mark Pearson of the Internal Revenue Service.
In its memorandum filed for sentencing, the government described that Wilson’s fraud was so pervasive that in just one tax year – 2011 – she victimized approximately 388 people. Her fraudulent tax claims caused a loss to the federal government of $902,040 in that tax year alone, prosecutors said.
United States District Judge Jon S. Tigar also ordered, in addition to the 81 months imprisonment, that Wilson pay restitution in the amount of $902,040.
$902K in restitution? That’s a lot of license plates.

Wish our crook neighbors that scammed 96k+ in PPP loans after purchasing a 990k house in Clayton would be arrested too. Fraud is everywhere and rarely investgated. By the way PPP loan 95k was spent on new Tesla for “business ” expenses. So nice of us taxpayers to by A-hole a new Tesla after he faked a restaurant business 👌 just within months of him buying nearly 1 million dollar home and upgrading it. He has suffered so much!!
At least they don’t rape, pillage, and Carnage like my “neighbors did”. It only took less than 90 days to get them out. However, several people were drugged and woke up with little or no clothing. And that was only the tip of the ICE burg. The 90 days seemed like 9,000 years.

so, i agree this is a terrible crime and she should be punished, isnt it strange that people that commit repeat offenses of assualt, with injury, are let out of the revolving door at the jail within days if not hours? i guess we see the governments priorities. i dont like it, but again, they didnt ask me either. im just a tax payer

I just watched the video, and the way she smiles through the whole thing, and tells lie after lie in court, makes me so mad!! You can just tell that she is a disgusting person, and that she deserves more than 81 months behind bars!!
…and then there’s her partner-in-crime, kid brother Marcus Wilson “formerly of San Pable” according to the Times, … when does his sentence begin.
She was turned down for a rental unit but moved in anyway, changed the locks, forged a rental agreement, and got busted.
