A 19-year old Vallejo man has been arrested in connection with the June 18 robbery at Macy’s in Walnut Creek’s Broadway Plaza.
Walnut Creek Police identified Jammoni Simon as one of the suspects in the robbery.
Simon was taken into custody by the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s office on July 5, 2022. During his arrest, Simon was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm, according to police.
The case was presented to the District Attorney’s Office and Simon remains in custody on the following charges:
- PC 211, Robbery
- PC 459, Burglary
- PC 25850(a)(c)(6), Possession of a Loaded Firearm

I’m probably wrong but I always thought giving your kid a weird made up name will lead them to a life of crime. You hardly see a Bob or Mike or Jim arrested. I did see a couple of Schmee’s arrested though.
Wonder if the judicial system will met out some real prison time for this misguided youth of 19?
