The Pleasant Hill Police Department advises residents to drive with caution in the area of Gregory Lane and Cleveland Road as traffic lights are down from a power outage as of 9:30 a.m.
PG&E workers are on the scene and expect to fix the issue in four to six hours, police said.
Drivers should treat intersections as four-way stops in the area, police said.
