Usually it’s the backside of the bathroom at Taco Bell.

look at all that water, lol just a shame/ I frequent the walnut creek civic park and I used to enjoy drinking from the water fountain but i guess because of the drought we all must suffer. I am sure some of the walnut creek citizens that use the park at their leisure would be up set at the fact that there should be water there available for kids adults and whatever.
