On probation or on parole is new norm in soft on crime CA.
.
If there is no threat of incarceration,
there is no deterrence to criminal behavior.

“The packages were quickly returned to their owners.” Can the owners still file charges against the perp even thou Becton does nothing?

I think one of those packages was my return fecal test for colon check! The perps deserve it

People are the victim. The police on their behalf file a complaint against the suspect. The DA is the only agency, absent the AG’s Office, that can file criminal charges and prosecute.

Obama misguided children. Give them a break. Becton does.
