Shout out to Gavin for taking almost a $100B budget surplus last year into a deficit at the beginning of this year. Do Democrats ever consider when you keeping spending on entitlements and feel good woke programs, that maybe someone has to pay for these? Gavin help to destroy San Francisco, He seems like he is following his destructive path in California so I’m sure the pasty white Liberal females will do their best to vote him into the White House.

Commonsensenor January 14, 2023 - 10:07 AM - 10:07 AM

So cute how people are just now learning about the backdoors of politics. The dog and pony speaker show had so many backdoor deals it was laughable. But, the one we’re all enjoying the most, is the classified documents deal. What’s good for the goose…. Sorry libs, the one sided game has ended. It started with Musk buying your corrupt platform and exposing what we already knew, but then when he kicked it through the goal posts exposing FBI? Oh, so priceless 🙂 Again, something we already knew, but libs didn’t care, because it was “for the better good” agenda, just like getting an experimental jab that is now, too, being exposed. You guys had a decent run, I’ll give you that, but the silent majority is becoming less silent, and it’s time to discipline the children.

To Do List January 14, 2023 - 11:55 AM - 11:55 AM

I agree with all you said except the conclusion about some silent majority. The Democrats have control of the narratives, and people love narratives, about civil rights and pollution and whatever. I was listening yesterday on Bloomberg radio about how Biden will be taking a victory lap during his State of the Union speech because of all the legislation he passed. Personally, I think he is the third worst president the country has had, but the Left still loves him. Look locally at how in California Newsom’s EDD mismanagement literally cost every single man, woman, and child in the state an average of about $800 per person ($32 billion fraud divided by a population of 40 million), yet they enthusiastically voted to keep him. If someone cost me $800 I’d be rather angry. You can’t fix stupid.

Ricardoh January 14, 2023 - 10:14 AM - 10:14 AM

We will probably never know about all of the damage Joe has done to our country, but we know enough to remove him from office now.

Hayden Barsotti January 14, 2023 - 11:23 AM - 11:23 AM

Is anyone else wondering……..

Are the Top Secret documents found at the Penn Biden Center and ones stashed in the garage the only ones Traitor Joe stole, or just the ones he hasn’t yet sold to the Chinese?

Did he want more than the $60 mil he already got from them for the remainder of the Top Secret documents?

How much was the brilliant artist/son of our Stooge in Chief paid for his museum-worthy “art”?

Original G January 14, 2023 - 8:26 PM - 8:26 PM

We’ve already experienced the level of DEM incompetence here in CA.
But isn’t this interesting, DEMs know full well about invasion numbers being allowed across our southern border on a daily basis. Yet some how when a fraction of those daily border crossers show up in a DEM controlled city, all of a sudden it’s an “emergency” . . . . . how does that work ? ? ?
‘NYC mayor Eric Adams says the city is at ‘breaking point’ as 400 asylum seekers arrive EACH DAY – and submits an emergency aid request to Gov. Kathy Hochul to help shelter hundreds of migrants’

DEM competency along with their decades of running big cities, why should they care how much taxpayer money they throw at the problem they created . . . .
But after all it’s not like DEMs are spending their own money dealing with border crossers . . .
‘Migrants staying at $500-a-night Times Square hotel on the NYC taxpayers’ dime are ‘trashing rooms, drinking all day, smoking marijuana and having sex in the stairwell’ – with worker calling them a ‘disgrace’ ‘

Again – more proof that democrats and the likes of 925er and BART have no concept of how to address the problem.

They’ll throw billions at it and it still won’t be “solved.”

Ricardoh January 15, 2023 - 1:29 PM - 1:29 PM

It is amazing how the left wing news ignores Joe and the stolen secret documents story. They couldn’t get more obvious.

happypappy January 15, 2023 - 4:21 PM - 4:21 PM

They’re the bad guys, RICARDOH. They all get rewarded and protected for their dishonesty and hate of conservatives.

To Do List January 15, 2023 - 5:03 PM - 5:03 PM

It is amazing according to our ethics, but to them it means nothing. It’s also why they are hypocrisy and satire blind. What they care about is winning, and they did. Their clown is in the White House so they can get their payoffs, appointments, Great Reset changes, and so on. Recall the group named By Any Means Necessary. They really mean that. Ethics and morality and double standards mean nothing to these people.

Animal Lover January 16, 2023 - 8:35 AM - 8:35 AM

And wait until the next election when conservatives will expect a Red Wave. It didn’t happen last time, and likely won’t happen next time. Why? Because no matter how bad crime, low morals, corruption, or stupidity is rampant around them, more than half of voters will vote for the liberal agenda. It reminds them of what is going on in their lives, in their homes. It’s familiar. It’s their families.

jprcards January 15, 2023 - 5:11 PM - 5:11 PM

The worst part is that those that watch left wing “news” will never hear the real story nor will they make any effort themselves to discover what is really going on….What they do hear they’ll all just say it is all conservative lies like they ALWAYS do.

SAM January 15, 2023 - 5:44 PM - 5:44 PM

Here goes Wells Fargo again targeting minorities. This time it’s in the name of diversity.
I really hope people learn from the past. If you don’t really qualify for a home loan, you probably can’t pay it. They know this.

The Fearless Spectator January 16, 2023 - 10:50 AM - 10:50 AM

WF is going down the same path as Blackrock. They’re forgetting their first obligation is to shareholders. Mutual Fund and Pension Fund Managers will adjust WF holdings.
Reducing the overall size of their lending portfolio and focusing on minority areas introduces additional risk. Further, this will likely cause them to bend the rules in the name of equity and underwrite loans that don’t conform to Fannie/Freddie guidelines. So they effectively become a “portfolio” lender. In other words, they’ll have loans on their balance sheet they can’t sell and that compounds risk. Minority or not, WF won’t be warm and fuzzy at foreclosure time.

To Do List January 16, 2023 - 1:16 PM - 1:16 PM

WFC is such a mess. A year and a half ago they were fined $250 million and the OCC issued a cease and desist for home lending, quoting Reuters in Sept. 2021: “The OCC also issued a Cease and Desist Order against Wells Fargo based on the bank’s failure to establish an effective home lending loss mitigation program.” This is a bank that really lost its way. It looks like this current program is an attempt to buy a better reputation in the wake of several scandals including the fake accounts and insurance scandals. They have literally devoted in the hundreds of millions toward social equity issues, including some undisclosed amount toward BLM. If you get caught doing illegal activities, how much does it cost in cash to buy back your reputation? I guess we will see.

Glen223 January 16, 2023 - 8:53 AM - 8:53 AM

Now there’s a THIRD set of classified documents that they found in Biden’s home …..all from when he was vice president. A few questions:

1. Why, as VP, did he even take them? He had no right or need?
2. Why were they not identified until AFTER the midterm elections?
3. Related to that – why are they “finding” these documents NOW – 6 years after he left office as VP?
4. Why is the FBI dragging their feet and not serving search warrants on all of Biden’s properties/homes?
5. Why were they just “locked up in his garage next to his Corvette?

This administration is corrupt as hell. And the democrats will attempt to explain it away, saying “but, but, but…..”

Deputy Barney Fife is making the entire DOJ (and FBI specifically) look like a bunch of first grades playing cops and robbers. Slow Joe is making Nixon look like a saint.

I’d love to see slow joe take on ANYONE in a presidential campaign debate. He couldn’t win an argument with a dribble glass.

Dr. Jellyfinger January 16, 2023 - 8:55 AM - 8:55 AM

The reason Biden is having his lawyers search out the documents is so that he can use the attorney/client confidentiality privilege to conceal evidence and refuse to answer questions they don’t want to answer.

No FBI Agents, no warrants,no transparency no problem.

The Fearless Spectator January 18, 2023 - 8:36 PM - 8:36 PM

Glen223 January 16, 2023 - 9:05 AM - 9:05 AM

From msn.com….

President Biden may have jeopardized national security by storing classified documents from his time as vice president at his home and at the office of his think tank, a top Democratic critic of President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents said Sunday.

“I don’t think we can exclude the possibility without knowing more of the facts,” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) told ABC News’ Jonathan Karl when asked if Biden may have “jeopardized” national security by taking the documents.

Now the Secret Service and White Gouse insist there’s no public log of Biden Delaware visitors.

Then Biden uses his lawyers to find his classified docs — to shield it from the FBI.

Uh huh…. Corrupt as hell. Maybe I was too hard. Deputy Barney is WAAAAAY too qualified to head up the DOJ.

The democrats are WAAAAY too quiet…probably crying in their pablum.

happypappy January 16, 2023 - 10:17 AM - 10:17 AM

Why was Joe’s crackhead son Hunter Paying Joe $50k Per Month To Rent House Where Classified Documents Found?

A Zillow search reveals that the most expensive home currently for rent in Wilmington, Delaware is going for $6,000 per month. According to Town & Country magazine, Biden’s home is worth around $2 million.

A Thursday tweet from the NY Post’s Miranda Devine containing a background check for Hunter Biden has people asking questions.

The now-52-year-old junkie/whore monger began listing the Wilmington home as his address following his 2017 divorce from ex-wife Kathleen Buhle — even falsely claiming he owned the property on a July 2018 background check form as part of a rental application,” the Post reported.

Could crackhead Hunter, have accidentally listed the annual rent payment to his father for the house which contained classified documents? Sure. But why was his wealthy ex-VP dad charging him rent in the first place, when Hunter was allegedly broke?

And as the NY Post reports, “The following year, federal investigators began looking into whether Hunter and his business associates violated tax and money laundering laws during their dealings in China and other countries. Emails and other records related to the deals were found on the laptop, which Hunter dropped off at a Delaware repair shop in 2019 and never reclaimed.”

“I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years,” Hunter told his daughter Naomi in January, 2019. “It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike pop, I won’t make you give me half your salary.”

So, was the $49,910 ‘monthly’ rent a simple crackhead mistake when that was in fact the annual payment amount, or did Hunter create “Exhibit A” for any honest prosecutors to pursue? We aren’t holding our breath on the latter.

The Fearless Spectator January 16, 2023 - 1:12 PM - 1:12 PM

It seems that property may be a giant laundry machine with a house hanging off of it.

The Fearless Spectator January 18, 2023 - 6:32 PM - 6:32 PM

What you heard Joe say: “I take classified documents seriously.”

What he really meant was: “I take classified documents, seriously.”

happypappy January 16, 2023 - 10:43 AM - 10:43 AM

Well whaddya know…….It’s gotten so bad for our sleaziest president ever that even sleazy liberal “journalists” are telling the truth about him (for now)

Traitor Joe illegally stole TOP SECRET classified government documents while Vice-President, moved them around without any concern at all for their security, while sharing an office with his drug and sex-addicted evil spawn Hunter with all his sketchy foreign national business partners normally wouldn’t rate as news to the crooked Democrat press.
They know the Biden Crime Family is corrupt, there’s no other way a crackhead junkie could make millions of dollars outside of the entertainment industry.
But the stupidity of their attempted defense and the obvious lies they are telling left the corrupt left-wing media outlets with little choice but to report honestly about them.
It turns out even liberal hacks can have their intelligence insulted, who knew?

Glen223 January 16, 2023 - 1:15 PM - 1:15 PM

What u mean saying “liberal hacks can have their intelligence insulted?”

When it comes to libs, those two terms (liberal and intelligence) are mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive.

Glen223 January 16, 2023 - 12:04 PM - 12:04 PM

Even the democrats in the Senate and slow Joe’s administration are getting pissed at the way the bumbler in chief is handling it.

Transparency and openness?

HA! Bunch of liars … but then you have local clowns here who would defend bozo and crackhead hunter no matter what.

To Do List January 16, 2023 - 1:23 PM - 1:23 PM

It is true the Leftist media and certain Democrats are critical of Biden on the documents issue. I seriously doubt that the Leftist media in particular suddenly became ethical. So, what’s going on? Sent following email to Concord City Council because I believe Aliano’s position in Glazer’s office is in conflict with his role as City Councilmember. Curious what others think.

Councilmember Dominic Aliano’s District Coordinator position with Senator Glazer’s office conflicts with his position as Concord City Councilmember (Gov. Code Sec. 1099). It is not in the public interest for one person to simultaneously represent both the Senator and the constituents of the City of Concord. The two positions are incompatible.

The duties of these positions overlap and may require contradictory actions.

A District Coordinator supervises a district office on behalf of a Senator, ensures a Senator’s goals for a district are carried out, and represents a Senator or staff at meetings, events, and functions with community groups and elected officials. However, as a Concord City Councilmember, Dominic Aliano is expected to ensure it is the City of Concord’s goals that are carried out and to represent the interests of Concord’s constituents at meetings, events, and functions with community groups and elected officials. What is best for Senator Glazer may not be what is best for the City of Concord, leading to conflicts in the duties and loyalties of each position. Community group members, elected officials, and persons attending meetings should not have to question whether Councilmember Aliano is representing the Senator or Concord when interacting with him.

Senator Glazer’s office has jurisdiction over the same territory as Concord City Council, and each may have competing goals, again leading to conflicts in duties and loyalties. For example, Concord City Council is regularly confronted with the State’s erosion of local control over development, including housing density, height, and placement. Also, Senator Glazer has not previously supported rent control and the State actively limits tenant protections, issues greatly impacting Councilmember Aliano’s Concord constituents. In addition, Concord is in contentious negotiations and casting votes related to the Concord Naval Weapons Station, a previously botched process that now deserves the full loyalty and attention of a person representing only Concord. This is not a full list of conflicting goals of the concurrently held positions, and the Attorney General’s Office has held that the possibility of even one conflict in duties and loyalties makes two positions incompatible for one person to hold.

Councilmember Aliano’s position with Senator Glazer is not administrative or analytical. It is not confined to specific hours or carried out in one particular building. It is a political position specifically intended for him to carry out the Senator’s goals and to interact with people as a representative of the Senator within the territory of the district. This includes Concord and the surrounding area where Councilmember Aliano is also expected to represent Concord constituents. Again, what is best for Senator Glazer may not be what is best for the City of Concord, leading to a substantial and obvious probability of conflicts in duties and loyalties during the regular course of business.

One person holding both positions is not in the public interest.

Councilmember Aliano should have enough respect for Concord constituents to choose if he will represent Senator Glazer or the City of Concord, and resign from one of these incompatible positions. He should also recuse himself from voting on any matters over which the State asserts any legislative control such as housing or the HED and from voting as a member of the State-authorized Local Reuse Authority until these conflicts are addressed.

Glen223 January 18, 2023 - 2:27 PM - 2:27 PM

I’ll bet he replies, claiming there is no conflict of interest.

Perception is reality.

Agreed – he needs to resign from at least one of the positions.

WHOOPSY!!!! Another goof from “The Gang That Couldn’t Shoot Straight”

Hunter Biden’s $49,910 Rent Exactly Matches Deposit on Office Shared with Chinese Energy Company

Hunter Biden’s monthly rent of $49,910 matches a rental deposit at the House of Sweden related to the Biden family business venture with the infamous CEFC China Energy Co. Hunter’s $49,910 deposit also matches the amount of money he logged on a 2018 background check document unearthed by the New York Post’s Miranda Devine.

In an email on October 13, 2017, Cecilia Browning, the general manager of House of Sweden, an office complex in Washington, DC, emailed Hunter about a lease that Hunter and his Chinese business partners were trying to terminate, according to emails unearthed from Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell.”

The Fearless Spectator January 18, 2023 - 12:33 PM - 12:33 PM

It’s interesting that as much illicit money as Hunter has squandered, and as much partying he has done, he never looks very happy. His body language always appears apologetic.

‘…. Al Gore gives ‘unhinged’ rant about environmental threats including ‘rain bombs’ and ‘boiling oceans’ during speech at World Economic Forum’

If he were peddling investment instruments like he peddles his enviro garbage he’d likely be incarcerated.
He’s sounding more like biden, on a less than lucid day.

Gore is irrelevant- as is Thunberg.

No proof to back up their claims – other than OPINIONS by some scientists.

Opinions aren’t facts…..regardless of how many opinions there are.

I don’t give a tinker’s cuss what happens to Joe or Hunter Biden.
But please, don’t let anything happen to that Corvette. In the name of National Security, in the name of Democracy, protect the legacy of America, of who we are, and that is best represented by that Corvette.
And please, don’t let Kamala drive it, she’ll burn the clutch out for sure. And Pete Buttigieg, he can’t drive a, err, well, I mean, ahh, best not let him drive the Corvette.

Glen223 January 19, 2023 - 7:21 AM - 7:21 AM

Interesting that the democrats on this blog aren’t posting anything to defend the current inhabitants of the White House- they’ve gotta stay hidden and resort to “thumbs down”…

They know they’ll get blasted by anyone with common sense.

I thought it was interesting at Biden’s Tuesday press conference after his meeting with the Dutch leader that he smirked and smiled and literally laughed at the reporters asking about his classified documents. His staff ushered the reporters out of the room. He just does not need to care. And Democrats are complicit. What could a Democrat say here other than some attempt to deflect attention onto Trump. That’s all they can do. Smirking and corrupt is the new standard. Adam Schiff smirks too. And Pelosi. And others.

Ironically the only people still afraid of COVID are vaccinated against it.

The WH and the DOJ agreed to hide Traitor Joe’s classified document scandal from the American people right up to when it was leaked to the Washington Post. Nice work, you rotten swamp dwelling bottom feeders.

Imagine a group of people so disgusting they have to create laws to make it illegal to hate them.

Biden already knew at exactly the same time he was condemning Trump for having classified documents that he was doing the same. Biden’s dishonesty is just normal now, like his fake stories and “gaffes” and probable money laundering.

The Fearless Spectator January 20, 2023 - 5:59 PM - 5:59 PM

Probably money laundering? You are being quite charitable.
And it’s nice to give someone the benefit of the doubt. However as The Biden family syndicate continues to benefit from the doubt, tax paying citizens finance their grift.
It’s time for a minor amount of accountability. His party is not only going to throw him under the bus, they are going to back over him numerous times until he is politically DOA. That paves the way for a younger criminal candidate for 2024 as Kamala becomes a rounding error. And sadly, Newsom is just the man for the job. Scary.
