Paradise Skate, located next to the Contra Costa County Fairgrounds in Antioch, has flooded.

The business suffered flood damage during the recent storms, and they’re trying to raise money for repairs.

They’re raising funds to replace the maple floor and the carpeting.

So sad it seems like they just replaced the wood floors a couple of years ago. I was there just before Covid hit and it was packed.

Sounds like either (1) uninsured, (2) no flood insurance.

You would think they would have known the business is in a flood zone – this fact was most likely conveyed to them by engineers or RE disclosure.
