‘Open the Books Exposes the ‘Legalized’ Pay-to-Play Scheme by ‘Newsom Inc.’ ‘
.
“Open the Books has focused its government transparency and auditing attention on Governor and Mrs. Newsom’s pay-to-play schemes, which have been personally benefitting California’s first couple.

In one report, Open the Books reveal that large corporate campaign contributors gave campaign cash to Gov. Newsom and separately received significantly more in state payments – corporations gave $691,615 in campaign donations and received $1.9 billion in state payments. That’s a very nice return on investment – a $10.6 million investment for a $6.3 billion return.”

OG I’m quite impressed that you read Putin’s dissertation. Please give us your summary of it. I can’t wait for it.
.
Clearly you disagree with Clifford Gaddy who is an economist specializing in Russia, was a senior fellow in the Foreign Policy program’s Center on the United States and Europe at Brookings.
.
Here is what he thinks about Putin’s dissertation:
.
“As to the quality of the dissertation: it is quite poor. It is poorly organized, poorly written, and poorly researched. On this last point, the most striking thing is that there is not a single explanatory footnote in this 218 page document. The source citations, to the extent they are there, are in the form of a single bracketed number to refer, without page numbers or other explanation, to a work in the bibliography list. Forty-seven works are listed there.”
.
Gaddy also points out that Putin did never attend any classes for his degree.
.
https://tinyurl.com/ms3r3rmj
.
But you probably were impressed by Putin’s conclusions that:
.
“the management of natural resources should not only be heavily regulated but also controlled by the state”.

Specifically and precisely, what biden stated, to jorge ramos, during September 2019 debate, was;

“What I would do as president is several more things, because things have changed. I would, in fact, make sure that there is, we immediately surge to the border — all those people are seeking asylum, they deserve to be heard. That’s who we are. We’re a nation who says, if you want to flee, and you’re freeing oppression, you should come.”

The context was that ramos thought little o deported too many illegals. joe basically told everybody to come on up. They have, I believe, almost the population of LA.

President Trump had many policies that were definitely pro-America and pro-American. You are correct, he was right. He was right about Russia, China, taxes (unfortunately, he went along with much of the Congress spending), the media (bias is a weak description), regulatory burden, American self reliance on energy, amongst other issues. Where he was weak was in selection of his Cabinet and team, and that he started off as wrong as can be by picking reince priebus, and it went down from there. You are 100% correct things were better off under President Trump, compared to now. Of course, I do not think this country has ever been this poor off, ever. Things may have been tight in the 20’s30s with the Depression, but all our enemies did not have well documented surveillance of half our nation (compliments of the permissive allowance by the current dolt of a chinese spy balloon given free reign to collect whatever it darn well pleased).

When your only sources for “news” stop caring about telling the truth and instead are only willing to push an extremely slanted narrative, leaving out important facts, providing misleading information and at times telling out and out lies you end up with a “population” that is completely misinformed which leads to their choices being dangerously reckless and made under false pretenses.

The left leaning news has some people believing that conservatives are evil and that anything that aligns at all with a more reasonable, responsible, even middle of the road approach must be evil too…They live by what their “news sources” have been feeding them and they honestly believe that they are making good choices when it seems quite clear that they are not.

Wikipedia describes East Palestine as being 98.2 % causation. I grew up in a small Illinois town where the railroad ran through the middle. The railroad hauled coal from southern Illinois to Chicago for power generation in the middle of the night. Tanker cars were often on daytime trains, including chlorine gas, anhydrous ammonia, oil, etc.
I can imagine what a derailment of of tanker car with amonia or chlorine would do to that community. The local fire department was based on volunteers. The nearest hospital was 12 miles away.
Think of the many small rural towns are like this today. People would be displaced for weeks, months.
I think we realized then that we could only rely upon each other and surrounding neighboring towns.
East Palestine’s treatment today reinforces that impression, and furthers the belief that rural citizens are forgotten, unless they part of today’s political narrative on who and what counts, and those who don’t.

Supreme Court Reconsiders Case to Reinstate Trump

The U.S. Supreme Court is set to consider whether or not to hear a lawsuit that seeks to remove President Joe Biden from the White House and reinstate former President Donald Trump to office.

The Brunson v. Adams lawsuit claims that lawmakers violated their oaths of office by allegedly failing to investigate a foreign intervention in the 2020 presidential race which allegedly rigged the election against Trump.
The case is based on the claim that the defendants—who include Congress members, Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and former Vice President Mike Pence—voted to certify the 2020 presidential election after receiving a valid request from 154 members of Congress to investigate claims of electoral fraud in six states.
The suit named all 387 members of Congress who voted to certify Biden’s electoral votes and called for them all to be removed from their roles—along with Biden and Harris—and be prohibited from ever running for office again. Brunson also asked for over $2 billion tax-free in damages, according to The Hill.

Also, pointing out when someone employs a tactic that can only be described as political “slight of hand” seems to get removed as well, while the dishonest trickster’s comments remain. I tell ya, it’s baffling.
One could begin to suspect there exists a political slant to the beliefs of a moderator on some sites. I for one am sure glad that this kind of prejudice and discrimination doesn’t exist here. (cough)

CENSORSHIP BY GOVT DEMS
Stunned by a growing body of evidence showing federal pressure to silence Americans’ voices online, House Republicans have unleashed their first legislation to slow government requests to Big Tech to censor content.

The ELON Act, introduced this month by Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) and backed by nine other cosponsors, would impose a one-year moratorium on taxpayer payments from the Justice Department to social media firms as well as require an audit on how much money changed hands since the start of 2015 between DOJ and Big Tech firms.

The legislation comes weeks after the blockbuster revelation that the FBI paid more than $3 million to Twitter to compensate that firm for handling a large number of censorship requests dating to the 2020 election.

“Who would ever have thought that the FBI would be paying Big Tech companies, you know, for their ‘advice’ or their counsel to the tune of millions upon millions of dollars?” asked Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.) in an interview with Just the News.

“What they’re doing is what the government cannot do directly,” he added. “And that is they are doing government by proxy, or censorship by proxy. And this is 100% a violation of the Constitution.”

Interesting how hundreds of thousands illegals streaming across our borders into red states don’t seem to bother DEMs until, they show up on their doorsteps. When just under 40,000 showed up in NYC in winter, ineptitude of DEMs running the city came shining thru.

You and we are being fed narratives that are designed to shape our opinions. And recall the weapons of mass destruction “proven” to exist and being produced in Iraq? Yeah. Same stuff. Progressive Leftist wordsmiths are frantically smearing and scapegoating the millions of lawful, responsible gun owners for crimes they did not commit, while violent feral urban criminals are coddled and released by anarchist district attorneys. That’s just one instance of the ongoing progressive campaign to blame the normal and normalize the pathological.
Guns are not the problem. A decaying society is the problem, along with those who have facilitated that decay.
This link, by the US Office of Drugs and Crime, provides undeniable proof that anti-gun laws have not, and will not create a safe society. The truth is in direct contrast, countries that embrace proper and safe gun ownership are far safer places to call home:

Congrats to Princess Nancy’s nephew for creating even more societal decay by making CA the human trafficking capitol of America.

California’s governor Newsance likes to hold out “HIS” state as a model for the nation, in a move to ramp up his presidential ambitions? Really?

Never mind that 500,000 people have fled the state. He calls California the nation’s true “free” state and says he plans to make all of America into one big California. I think his ideas of ‘FREE” differ greatly from those of most of America.

Human slavery? With 13-year-old girls the slaves? That’s some “free” state he’s talking about. That makes one wonder what the connection might be between him and other leftist sickos like Epstein, Clinton, et al.

Newsance signed Senator Scott Weenie’s Senate Bill 357, the Safer Streets for All Act which will help to protect certain people from discriminatory arrests and harassment based on how they dress or their profession. and it repeals California Penal Code Section 653.22, a law that criminalizes loitering for the intent to engage in sex work.

SB 357 is the first legislative initiative of the DecrimSexWork CA Coalition — a coalition of current and former pimps, drug dealers and their allies.

So the pimps and drug dealers were the beneficiaries of this measure, not the exploited victims, whether transgender, illegal alien, or anyone else who’s vulnerable to pimps and dealers who are human-trafficking for profit.
If we can’t protect and defend the lowest of human life (after politicians of course) then who can we protect and defend?
