Potential Atmospheric River Expected To Douse Bay Area Once Again Later This Week

Another large storm will douse the Bay Area and Central Coast later this week, according to weather experts, bringing strong winds, heavy rainfall and renewed risk of flooding across the region.

While showers are likely into Thursday, according to the National Weather Service’s San Francisco Bay Area office, a potential atmospheric river could enter the area late Thursday.

Weather officials described the incoming storm as a “conveyer belt of moisture” entering the region from the tropics in the Pacific Ocean, with an increasing possibility of several inches of rain.

“Given the mostly saturated soils flooding concerns seems reasonable,” NWS Bay Area forecasters said Monday. “A hydrological outlook may be needed later in the week to address flooding concerns.”

As of Monday afternoon, the areas at highest risk of more than 2 inches of rainfall include the North Bay, elevated parts of the peninsula in San Mateo County, southern Monterey County and the Central Valley.

The region is also set to see potentially record low temperatures in the middle of the week, while temperatures will remain generally below normal across the Bay Area throughout the week.

Weather forecast information from the NWS Bay Area office can be found at https://www.weather.gov/mtr/.

.
Is another climate tax or fee being prepared?
.
It’s not about climate. It’s about power and control.

The geoengineering continues. If you think this is just nature I have some beach front property in Oklahoma to sell you.

Absolutely, correct, Captain Bebops. If people would simply educate themselves on geoengineering they would know that these weather-modification programs have been in effect for decades, subsequently causing either massive droughts and or an extensive amount of rain or snow to ultimately drive people out of many regions under Agenda 21/30 protocol.

Curiosity and critical thinking seem to have vanished in America today.

@SALLY JORGENSEN….And don’t forget the world is flat too, there’s hundreds of not thousands that expound that theory. You all need to get off the internet researching “geoengineering”…. seriously.

I am surprised you know this fact, too, NYTEMUVR. 😉

Scientists warned about such programs when they were first proposed back in the 1960s and 1970s. It’s not nice to fool mother nature!

One of his brilliant people just said If we have two more years of rain like this we will be out of the drought. If we have two more years of this we can start calling California, “Venice West”.

If we have even two more weeks of this, I’m going to start building an ark.

I Find it hard to believe that the weather can be controlled on such a large scale.Everyone has the right to there own opinion. But let’s just say thanks Biden and Newscum.Until the middle class over taxed citizens take back this country we are doomed.

It’s usually done with large antenna arrays to charge the atmosphere. I need to search for the website of the Australian company that does this and has an array in Hawaii that can create atmospheric rivers. They also produced a promotional video about their services and how they work. I do have a link to Swiss company with global offices that offers such services.

I grew up in a farming area and as a youth fascinated with the crop dusting being done. Their yellow pages ads featured “cloud seeding” availability. A lot of this stuff is not new and allegedly the DOD began working on weather warfare right after WWII.

@CAPTAIN BEBOPS….Here’s a thought…cloud seeding has been going on for decades with minimal success, “geoengineering” in your context is a bunch of BS….there’s so many good things you can find online to refer to, “geoengineering” isn’t one of them. Aerial seeding for cover crops and application of herbicide and insecticide is just farming in this age, nothing more and nothing nefarious.

Captain Bebops March 7, 2023 - 6:32 PM - 6:32 PM

@NYTEMUVR… Yup, there are many GOOD things online to refer to but as you say “geoengineering” isn’t one of them. We agree then geoengineering isn’t a good thing. How’s your PG&E bill this winter? Nefarious maybe?

@CAPTAIN BEBOPS…..You all have Geoengineering Derangement Syndrome, to use the present day vernacular.

No one controls the weather just like no one can change the weather. The sun controls the weather and the angle of the earth to the sun, which changes as the earth goes around the sun producing the seasons.
