More than two burglaries a day. Reported.
Can only guess how many more there were and people figured, ‘what’ the use’ ?

Might be informative to overlay known homeless concentrations, schools 13- 18 year olds and known areas where drug users congregate. An recycling facilities.

Wonder if city would be willing to supply that information . . . . . . .
