Walnut Creek Police conducted a proactive retail crime suppression operation, resulting in 9 arrests tied to retail theft. This operation is a part of their ongoing efforts to protect local businesses and ensure a safe shopping experience for all.
Below are the adult suspects arrested during yesterday’s operation:
- Julio Barrera, 27 year old Oakland resident
- David Ford, 41 year old San Pablo resident
- Brian Jacobs, 39 year old San Francisco resident
- Emma Christensen, 35 year old San Francisco resident
- Edward Gonzales, 44 year old Bay Point resident
- Dominic Antoine, 27 year old Oakland resident
- 3 arrestees were juveniles.

I get especially mad at Oakland trash coming over here to do what’s allowed in Oakland.. Maybe they’ll stop when they realize that Walnut Creek won’t put up with it. But our DA probably won’t prosecute them anyway.
