A woman was struck by a vehicle on Kirker Pass Rd. near Olive Dr. in Concord just after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, according to ConFire.
The woman was conscious and alert when paramedics arrived, and the driver stayed on scene to help.

This happened to me a few years ago in concord. I fractured a vertebrae. Very painful.
Maybe dont run across the road is rush hour traffic would reduce these instances.
