Sounds like 5-600 more people Concord doesnt need contributing to more crime in Concord. Also, the first step in planned communism across the USA.Dump welfare peole into EVERY city and bring down everything good in that city,so everyone is at the same lowly level, and ethnics and illegal’s no longer feel like things arent fair when the entire country is a giant toilet. They think that making the entire country all one wealth level this well be equity, and that then everyone will be treated equal. They couldnt have it more backward. Some countries say that ethnic cleansing is the solution.I think an IQ best before allowing someone into the USA would be better.None of these trouble makers would be here.
whole area looks like s*it now…..impossible the current configuration of streets can accomidate the traffic…..city being sold out
It’s a shame that the city makes it impossible to build market rate apartments so that all we get is welfare housing. They actually turned down a developer who wanted to buy the picket fence property for market rate apartments because they wouldn’t give all the jobs to politically connected unions and build “affordable” welfare housing.
As long as the plan excludes white males as residents and employees, the city will approve it.
This isn’t “Section 8” housing. Median average income for a household in Concord is $109,195.(Individual $48,269) I do believe a lot of households earning $33K to $75,000 (the target 30-70% of area median income) are hard working contributors to the local community who cannot afford to buy a house. Thank you Concord for providing the opportunity for nice housing to your lower income residents.
