If you hear sirens or spot flashing lights near the Concord Pavilion this week, don’t be alarmed — it’s all part of a planned police academy training exercise.
The training is scheduled to run throughout the week, primarily during daytime hours.
Authorities thank the public for their understanding and cooperation.
Concord found it necessary to tear down their own police academy in furtherance of building more houses to get more property taxes.Now they do this.This why they built a police academy,so they didn’t have to do this.As usual Concord goes backward,remove right turn lanes,put ramps in to flood all sidewalks esp on Clayton rd because they didnt build the flood control channel big enough and it comes right up to everyones front door step on Clayton when it rains,now this.

I think this site should be used for exactly such. I was hired almost 40 years ago by the City and County of San Francisco for the Jails and ever since peace officers I trained and those close to me talked me out of accepting, I will always support any planned police planned academy training anywhere.
