I go to bed when I start to feel sleepy, around 4 am. I sleep until I wake up naturally without
an alarm clock, about 9 or 9:30 am.

Being retired doesn’t really matter to much.
Those unplanned naps can screw things up,
is it am or pm . . . .
Although weekdays, try to be up by 6:30 am.

Bed at 11pm
Awake at 9am

Well i happen to suffer insomnia and need medication daily to sleep. So any sleep i get is nice. Usually go to bed around 10 or 11pm, wake up at 6.

When the mood strikes.

Always wake up thru the night at least once, then between 5:30 and 6:30 am thanks to Oscar the cat at the door with his deep meow, probably making sure I’m still around to feed him.

Just got my Wi-fi and all working, so I like staying up late again if I’m up to it. Last night 1 am.

I should add, that if that late a night happens, I’ve taken a nap.

When you’ve kept the school and then work schedules for 40-50 years…. no schedule and a nap when you feel like it…. That is your real reward.

Go to bed at 8:30 PM to wind down, but don’t fall asleep till 9:30-10 PM.
With the tinnitus, I need some calming background noise to drown it.
If Hubby is snoring like a freight train, I move to the sofa.
Up between 2 AM to 4 AM, … never been much of a sleeper

Mon-Fri go to bed around midnight and wake up at 6:35am.

Weekends, usually go to bed around the same time. Get up at 7:05am to give my dog her meds and then go back to bed until 9-9:30am if I have no plans.

Off to bed usually around 11 and then up at 7AM.

I waken about 5:00 AM (usually 4:48, nod off for about 10 minutes, and get out of bed at 5:10) and hit the sack at 10:00 PM.

.
I wake up when I want and go to sleep when I want.
.
Im retired.

Worrying about insomnia will just keep you awake. Drugs don’t allow natural sleep. Naps are Bliss.

I was never much of a morning person, of course when my daughter was growing up and I was working 9 to 5, we would be up at 7 a.m. I always dreaded going to sleep would usually read in bed to for about an hour to 11 or a little later.
My managers at Macy’s knows I’m not a morning person, and they have enough people have want to work earlier, so usually I’m scheduled from 2 or 2:30 p.m. to 9:30, get home about 10, fix a snack pour a glass of wine and get in bed with my laptop, check the news, watch something on Utube or read, usually don’t fall asleep until 2 a.m. and wake up about 10 a.m. Sometimes if I’m really tired I might doze of for 15-20 minutes unfortunately that is enough I can’t always go to sleep at 2, so sometime it is 3 or 4 or later beofre I fall asleep, still wake up around 10:00 10:30 or so.

Ahh! Wouldn’t you like to know…..
Nope, I’m not going to help enemies (human or supernatural) know when I’m unconscious.
Besides that my cameras are all set with motion detectors that alert me and I’m armed to the teeth…. but I will tell you I watch the sun come up every morning.

We’re retired so we don’t have to be up at any specific time. We go to bed between 12:30a and 1:30a. Get up when we wake up.
