One was quickly apprehended in San Jose, while the other fled the state and remains at large. A warrant is still active as efforts to locate him continue. Months of persistent detective work led to the recovery of Tofu in Los Angeles. However, Plato’s trail went cold—until now. Just yesterday, a new tip led Detectives to Hayward, where they successfully located Plato and reunited him with his heartbroken owner, who had raised him for 28 years.
