I dont like them. Agressive drivers just jump in, no courtesy to others. A 4 way STOP is better because it’s quite clear who ran it.

I think they’re fine but 2 issues – 1. most other drivers don’t / can’t maneuver through them well or confidently 2. They do take up more space than a simple intersection.

I like roundabouts. I’ve driven about 8,000 km (about 5,000 miles) in Europe in the last 3 years and they work very well. However, the European drivers are used to them and are better drivers IMHO. The most challenging roundabout was in Paris. The GPS said to take the 7th exit and as we approached the roundabout, it turned out to be around the Arc de Triomphe, and the 7th exit (of 12!) was only a little over half-way around it. The roundabout was 4 lanes as I recall and there were cars (with aggressive drivers), motorbikes, pedestrians and bicycles everywhere.

Not my cup of Tea to use a roundabout.
Just really careful because of aggressive drivers.

Hate them. I use “Google Maps” and always get confused when it calls for me to use of of these

I don’t mind them at all. They actually keep traffic moving more-so than a four way stop.

Do high schools still teach drivers education in classrooms? That is where I learned ow to drive through traffic circles.

no, parents have to pay for private driver’s ed.
4 way stop is better than a roundabout, provided the other drivers are able to count to 4.
There’s always, one . . . . .

When they first built the traffic circle going to Northgate, that was a frequent occurrence.
Wow what a sight, next time I go through Northgate, I will be extra cautious!
