Oakland Police are at an apartment complex on San Miguel and Tioga in Concord. The cops have an apartment surrounded and an ambulance has been staged nearby. Cops on scene wouldn’t comment on why they’re on scene, but it appears they’re serving a warrant.
UPDATE: They entered the apartment, but haven’t brought anyone out. Several other police officers are now leaving.
Oh c’mon all these cops and theyre not saying why.
Be safe out there LE!
Since when does Oakland lift a finger?Must be a white dude they are after.
I live near there and the area is not exactly increasing in property value. No way will I park on San Miguel.
Interested in any updates that may be forthcoming.
Half the street is mobile home parks, and what was once San Miguel Manor,a very nice apartment complex in the 80’s,was sold and made into a ghetto.San Miguel rd from Systron rd to the next stop sign in either direction,is not a good area anymore and hasn’t been since late 90’s.
I agree.

All that fuss and nobody was home?
Geez! No surveillance?
They could at least call first.
