Wienerschnitzel, America’s favorite hot dog restaurant, is expanding, but not in the traditional sense. Instead of just opening more standalone locations, the brand is focusing on high-traffic spots you might not expect — like Walmart stores, airports, and even military bases. “Wienerschnitzel has built a strong name on the West Coast, and expanding into places like Walmart is a huge step forward,” Franchise Director Shak Turner said. “The brand really fills a gap for franchise owners who want something different — that’s what drew me in. I’m excited to help take it to new places.” The company is also looking at spots like theme parks, food courts, convenience stores — anywhere there’s a lot of foot traffic. The new Walmart locations will have Wienerschnitzel’s full menu, which include chili cheese dogs, junkyard dogs, chili fries, jalapeño poppers, and Tastee Freez desserts included. Right now, there are 340 Wienerschnitzel locations across 13 states, with over 50 more in the works. The chain hasn’t announced when they will insert themselves into any Walmart locations in Contra Costa County.

That sounds pleasurable.
Sounds X rated.
I see what you did there!
😉
Very business savvy. Long John Silvers should consider such as well.
Wont matter unless they lower prices back to pre-covid at a minimum.50-75% of pre-existing customers aren’t even going back until they do. 4 bucks for a dollar store hot dog. Ummm No thanks

Other articles I read said it won’t be local to Claycord any time soon unfortunately
In German, Wiener Schnitzel means Viennese cutlet. It is an Austrian dish made with
breaded veal cutlet. It has never been a hot dog.
I wonder if the wiener on top is supposed to be a big “W” (like in Mad,Mad, Mad, Mad World) or maybe it’s just Peyronie’s….. like Bill Clinton.
Not in the South Carson City NV. We have Nozzlemen Pizza. The profits go to various firefighter disability funds. Not sure what’s in the north town location as I never go there. Maybe I will check it out if they ever finish the construction of the Sprouts out that way. They’ve been building that for 2 freaking years. It’s NV and everything is slow here
But there is a new Der Wienerschnitzel in the old Sonic in Minden
There is only 3 of these locations in CC county.I dont see them opening more here after closing so many.
