and whats good about it for the average law abiding legal citizen?

California does not care about the average, law abiding, legal citizen. They make that more and more clear with every passing day.

The dim ones believe that they can decide which laws apply to themselves, and which laws don’t.

Tips dealing with ICE? Thats funny. Will they broadcast the riots in LA?

How about following the laws of the land?
That solves any problems with ICE.

Like putting a bug light out for illegals. Sure hope no ICE agents get the word they’ll be a whole room full at the Concord library on the 23rd at 11am!😀

If you are in the country illegally why should we spend our Taxpayer dollars to give “free” legal advice to help you litigate against us?

Dealing with ICE?Maybe don’t be a criminal and fill out papers and wait for permission.If you jumped ahead at the movies you might be leaving in an ambulance.Get off yoyr low horse and go home till its your turn and if it isn’t,then face reality.Liberals hate reality and think emotions are facts.

Maybe teaching the immigration laws would be more appropriate.

the library has never cared about having a normal atmosphere for the average person needing the library.it is a homeless shelter that smells bad and has multiple shopping cars in the way of the door filled with stuff from a dumpster,and now it’s for hiding illegals and helping them shirk the law.Is this another area run by a panel of colored teens that identify as something?Concord,do you have one iota of leadership or respect for the tax payers?

Treason !

This is fraud against Contra Costa taxpayers. How dare these traitors subvert law enforcement. This is a federal crime. Trump needs to LIBERATE CALIFORNIA from this government.

It is just me or does this sound like a invitation to ICE to come out and do some community outreach?

Will they also test your drugs for you and provide a nice clean place to shoot up?
CCC is confused and thinks it’s San Francisco.

What’s next?
Will the Library begin handing out American flags and lighter fluid?

What other presentations has the library offered? Anything on how to start a business, how to invest, how to navigate the job sites, improving your resume, how to buy a home?

I haven’t seen any offerings like that. — I’m not certain though if they have classes on make-up and French manicures for men-in-transition yet…but that can’t be far… they’re very DEI and B.

California’s politics are an embarrassment. Taking care of law abiding, tax paying citizens is obviously not a priority and that is truly sad.

And know your “lefts”. 🤣

This presentation is not really about helping legal “immigrants” navigate the system. It’s about helping wandering–law-breaking migrants keep from being tossed back across the border(s).
What, exactly does Contra Costa Co and our taxpayer funded Library system gain from having a Communist, anti-American “law” firm from Berkeley help people break the law?
😠 Every residence pays (on average) $99.81/yr to the Library.
QUOTE: “Oasis Legal Services proudly provides quality legal immigration services to under-represented low-income groups with a focus on LGBTQIA+ communities.”
What does sexual orientation and immigration law have to do with each other?
~~~Anybody???
QUOTE: The Program Director, Rachel Kafele, “..always knew she wanted to be a lawyer and work directly with communities impacted by U.S. Imperialism and white supremacy.”
I needed to open a window for fresh air after reading them.
