The Sheriff’s STARR3 helicopter is currently assisting Concord Police with a search for a suspect who fled on foot, from a stolen vehicle. They are focusing on the area of Olivera Rd and SR242, in Concord. The suspect was last seen running on SR242. The vehicle may have been stolen in Burlingame, but that is unconfirmed.
