In a month-long crackdown on organized retail theft, Concord Police arrested five suspects during a series of operations focused on busy shopping centers, including Old Navy, ULTA, and REI on Diamond Blvd. Led by the department’s Financial Crimes Unit—with backup from the Special Enforcement Team and Community Impact Unit—the effort aimed to disrupt retail theft rings hitting Concord businesses.
The following individuals were arrested for theft-related offenses:
- Sarah Jimenez, 56, of Oakland
- Cydney Wilson, 26, of Fairfield
- Kilani Cubit, 22, of Vallejo
- Alayna Foster, 25, of Vallejo
- A 17-year-old from Bay Point
Their cases have been forwarded to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office for possible charges.
