A 23-year-old Dixon man was arrested by police on drug and weapons charges, according to Clayton Police. Police say Joseph Robles-Alvarado was spotted sitting in a vehicle on Kelok Way in Clayton, when a resident noticed the vehicle parked for a long time. Police arrived on scene, and arrested Robles-Alvarado for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, and possession of marijuana over 1 ounce.

Unusual Gun caliber. Did he have a 10 round or the 20 round magazine? This caliber can penetrate the Police bullet proof vests. A couple of years ago a wild man who was killed in Concord ,when he jumped off a freeway overpass, was carrying a similar pistol.
I got to shoot one of these a few years ago.
