Thank you Mayor for changing the background color on past posts!
@TTD – Yeah, that green was kind of annoying. Thanks for the feedback!! 🙂
Take care,
Mayor
Cowellian’s first.
Finally!
Waiting & refreshing the site 4 times per minute since Friday evening?
Did you take bathroom breaks?!!!
After all that you came in third?
Geez!…. get some sleep now.
Whatever was not the reason I didn’t get any sleep last night. Our hounds cornered a `possum on the back porch late last night and told the entire neighborhood about it. I escorted him off the property, but the hounds still felt the need to patrol our property lines and loudly warn off any other potential invaders.
oops…”treating it as a stop sign” i skipped the “t”
Was talking about the light at Clayton and Chestnut that is always red for Clayton. Is this allowed?
Sensing loop in roadway likely needs a tune up.
.
Hey City of Concord, . . . . . . . got your ears on ? ? ? ?
Accordion to a recent study, replacing words with the names of musical instruments in a sentence almost always goes unnoticed.
Almost always… maybe fife out of ten or twelve times.
Your observations are not off-bass.
Big decisions. Own two homes. Go into one or sell both and buy again.
I’d do what my Native American Injun spirit guide constantly advises me to do in dreams.
“Sell everything you own, fly to Las Vegas, bet all on one spin of Roulette Wheel….# 24!”
I’d leave it as is and go on Wheel of Fortune or Family Feud. Or Who Wants to be a Millionaire depending on your phone a friend list. There’s always the audience…
Own two homes, both paid off, we’re in one and oldest Grandson and
his family live rent free in the other. Not about to charge rent to family.
Do NOT want to be a landlord, lack of trust in fellow man.
.
Son sold his home about 18 years ago, moved to Texas, paid cash
for new home and had money left over.
.
Offer your children to buy your primary residence. Bought my Parents
home filled out a one page form and retained their property tax, saves me
about $9,000 a year.
.
Other advice, go see about three or four fee based financial planners
for their advice. First meeting usually free.
.
Hope this helps.
