A suspiciously stylish sedan caught the attention of Concord Police Officers this week, and it didn’t take long for the situation to escalate. Officers spotted a silver Honda Accord cruising with one major red flag: it was sporting Mercedes-Benz license plates. A quick check revealed the Honda’s registration had been expired since 2018. The driver, reportedly nervous during the stop, was found to have two prior gun-related arrests. That nervousness proved warranted — a loaded, stolen firearm was discovered tucked away in the vehicle’s center console. Both the driver and passenger were taken into custody at the scene. Charges are pending. Their names were not released by police.

…… dumb axx … name? picture? … never mind – I got a good guess… can’t read either
Funny how if you enforced registration laws what would happen! You get all the idiots off the streets.
If Stupidity Were a Crime, These Two Thugs Would Get Life In Prison
That very well may be true elsewhere, but not in this county.
Scum of the earth here. Throw these losers in prison and throw the key away!
complete wastes of life.
a big thank you to the Concord Police for spotting this vehicle.
Wait, someone with previous gun related requests should not be carrying a gun. We need more gun laws?Maybe longer jail sentences.
CA’s incarceration rate is an embarrassment for democrats.
The ginned up lawsuit on overcrowding caused AB-109, and that
began a long list of shoving convicted Felons out prison gates.
.
New norm for criminals in CA is on probation or parole.
.
Existing gun laws are fine, what is needed are penalties so severe criminal
will think twice before carrying a firearm. Any crime involving a firearm will
result in a Felony and a MANDATORY ten year sentence served consecutively.
If ten years doesn’t reduce firearm possession by criminals, then up it to 15 years.
Make the penalty to great to risk.
.
If there is no threat of substantial incarceration,
there is no deterrence to criminal behavior
I’ve never handled or fired
a Q-Series, but I never hear
good things about them.
Probably small sample size.
Can’t tell you how many times I sat with the the radio when Sargent went in and I reported. Case Closed.
Ain’t diversity wonderful 🤣
