Marijuana! This was sold to us as being very harmless, and “just like a glass of wine”.. that was another one of the big social lies we’ve been told. ( like propositions 47’s safe neighborhood and school act)
I’ve seen among friends how it really is a gateway drug and will really dumbs you down , steals your ability to solve problems and get out of situations , and it also gives others really weird psychotic episodes. I actually think that might be the problem with the democrat party. Something has been their minds! Probably marijuana.

“steals your ability to solve problems and get out of situations”
Grandson resembles that.

Dawg, …
Have a little fun, retailers, give phone number of corporate HQ.
Change one letter in name to track who sells your info.
Bought two new laptops, windows 11, which demanded way too much
personal info, they were sent back, WIN 10 is just fine. Then found out a platform
I completely avoid already had my name with unique first initials used on one of
my credit cards. Between Firefox browser settings, Privacy Badger,
Bitdefender Total Security and it’s VPN, makes it more difficult for them.

You sound like an 80’s PSA none of the side effects you mention are true. Have you ever smoked before or just spouting common political/social talking points? It has never stolen my ability to solve problems or get out of situations. I have never been around 1 person that has had a pyschotic episode in 57 years. Crazy uninformed comments!

Yeah… not quite. Coming from the been there done that group just like Alcohol “not bagging on what adults want to do, you can do what you want ” but If you are aiming low then problem solving is not a problem.

Try solving problems drunk too. I don’t see any reason for marijuana to be illegal any more than booze. Drink and smoke responsibly.

Tinted windows on vehicles. You can’t see the drivers eyes, which is dangerous.

It is illegal (look up the CVC) to tint the front door windows and the windshield. We just choose not to enforce the rules.

Or nearly all Teslas not having a front license plate on.

Lanesplitting.

When done safely, it is safer for a motorcyclist to split lanes than sit in slow moving traffic. You should not have more than a 10-15mph delta and not do it when traffic is moving over 35mph. It’s very easy to not pay attention to a motorcycle in front of you and rear end them.

I totally agree when it comes to the people that are splitting lanes at 90mph.

One more – lane splitting by motorcycles, very dangerous.

Sharing and selling personal information. Just about everywhere I go, some store clerk is asking for a phone number, or email address, and customers freely give it out. Once it’s entered into their computer, we have no idea what they will do with it. Then we wonder why
we get so many robocalls, and email spam. It should be illegal for a business to sell or give away any of our personal information. We get letters from financial institutions in the mail telling us we have the right to opt out of having our information shared with a third party, placing the burden on us. The sharing and selling of personal information can lead to identity theft.
Other things that should be illegal are as follows:
Motorcycle lane splitting
Children misbehaving in public without parent intervention
Advertising prescription drugs on TV
Advertising and promoting ineffective dietary supplements
Advertising law firms, especially for personal injury
Political lobbying
I can think of more, but that’s enough for now.

Being taxed on income tax refund. We were taxed on it originally and the state or federal used the money until we get it back. They should be paying interest.

BUY A HOUSE DUMMY!!!!!!!!

I want my privacy back! Companies are finding unprecedented ways to track what I do, how I click and scroll, etc. Even my car is spying on me. It is reporting back to the manufacturer how I drive and in some cases selling that data to insurance companies. I first noticed my privacy concerns when reading the terms of the flashlight app on a cell phone. Why do they want of my contacts information? Have you seen the discounts Safeway offers if you give them your cell phone number? It is far beyond their loyal customer program. Have you ever tried to read the terms and conditions when first booting your PC or Apple machine. Verizon’s terms goes on for pages.

I suggest congress rewrite the laws to require us to opt-in for data collection.
