A driver was caught going 128-mph in a 70-mph zone on I-5 this weekend. The vehicle was stopped by one of the California Highway Patrol’s new stealth patrol cars, which recently joined the fleet to target reckless drivers. Authorities say the driver now faces a large fine, a court appearance, and possible license suspension. CHP is reminding drivers that extreme speeding puts everyone at risk and won’t be tolerated.

.. possible license suspension at almost 2x the speed limit? license should have been picked up and vehicle impounded until court date….. they’re getting easy out there
I just can’t get mad at stuff like this.
Hypocrisy and what not. 🤓
If they can afford the vehicle, they can afford the ticket
its the I-5 honestly if you want to go 70 or less just stay to the left. besides, it’s a freaking supra! let that man speed. i don’t know when society became such pansies about what’s really dangerous and what isnt. believe it or not, every driver isn’t incapable of speeding without crashing.
