A man was taken into custody on child endangerment and possible drug charges after he was found passed out inside a vehicle with a small child in a car seat in the Party City/Harbor Freight Parking lot on Contra Costa Blvd. in Pleasant Hill. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. We’re told the man was previously arrested on July 30. Fortunately, the child appears to be physically ok. And this person just got arrested 4 days ago & is already out. Lock him up with no bail. The sad part is how this will affect the child.
