A federal jury indicted a former aide of a Contra Costa County middle school teacher on charges of receipt and possession of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Dominic Vannucci, 25, of Discovery Bay, who worked at at Excelsior Middle School in Byron until June, made his initial appearance in federal court in Oakland. According to the indictment filed and unsealed last week, Vannucci allegedly received child sexual abuse materials involving a minor in May. He is also accused of possessing child sexual abuse materials involving a prepubescent minor from an unknown date through June. If convicted, Vannucci faces a minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years, as well as a $250,000 fine for each count. Vannucci was transferred to federal custody and is on conditional release. He is scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court on Sept. 19 for a status conference, prosecutors said.

so this is a problem lately… These are true monsters with nothing more than the desire to be around children. This is no different than when the transvestites want to have story hour with children “WTF”. Do not misunderstand me I know there are people drawn to the nurturing of the next generation but this is something entirely different. These are people that either want to be physically with them or desire to inflict their mental dysfunction on them. Deviants… no place in society for these people other than fertilizer. my opinion only.

At first glance, it’s safe to say I wouldn’t have hired him to trim my trees— much less sit-up-close to my students. But he comes from a prominent family with multiple businesses in the area… (and yet, he had to look outside the family for a job? hmmm…. did they know?)
