WHY, cities allow developers to build homes on postage stamp lots and
maybe a 12 foot backyard. Ability to count number of times neighbor
flushes toilets isn’t a plus.

are built from transit hubs. Again, 1960s – 1970s democrat fantasy of society
coerced into living next to transit hubs, namely bart.
Recurrence of these methods, is due to democrats having super majority control
of CA state legislature.

The “gasoline trees” (eucalyptus – per CCC Fire Dept on Treat Bl.) that WC – ano others- refuse to cut down despite their inherent fire danger. Oakland, Berkeley, other counties in the area recognize the extreme fire hazard they present given the volatile sap. When the ground is rain soaked they readily topple presenting a safety hazard as well. Example – The trees along the CCC trail on Boundary Oak Golf Course (city) property are tall and if ignited the frequent Diablo winds would blow ash and embers on the homes – primarily from YVR to Valley Vista). CCC Fire agrees with this fact. Discussion with the WC city staff falls on deaf ears and empty promises …. all documented. It’s a disaster waiting to happen.

LITTER!! Walk any street and you will find fast-food containers, tossed coffee cups, beer and soda cans — and the ever popular cast-off, cigarette butts. I suppose most people don’t even notice the litter because they are in cars so they don’t see the trash lining the sidewalks and stuffed into the bushes, but the garbage is there and it makes the city look like a dump. More garbage cans won’t entirely end litter pollution, but they might help mitigate some of the problem.
And, for Heaven’s sake, if you can’t keep yourself from tossing your cigarette on the ground and walking away, at least please make sure your cigarette is extinguished!
The cover-up by the Concord City Council, Concord City Manager, and Concord Police Chief of the April 19, 2025 shooting which resulted in injury in the lobby of the Concord Police Station. The public should be outraged over the lies and lack of transparency!!! Concord Mayor Carlyn Obringer was notified of the shooting by the media, not the Concord City Manager or the Concord Police Chief. What else has been covered-up by the Concord Police Department? The citizens of Concord should have no faith in the leadership of this city.

The rarity of Shiner Bock dark lager.
It’s wonderful stuff.
Very few stores carry it and the ones that do run out of it constantly.
Grocery Outlet was the last place I found it, but it’s been hit & miss.
