Annoying and just noise. The people employed going to work paying their bills are the ones affected by these NPCs. The funny thing is it just makes me angry and could care less what they are crying about.

No, do not believe they do much other than getting people hurt. I think they used to do something to possibly put some weight on the scales so others don’t have a blank check to run wild but It seems now just crazies are the ones making the noise so no, just noise.
lost their purpose.

There were times when protesting led to change, including women’s right to vote, and abolishing slavery. Protesting brought better wages and working conditions, and the protests
of the late 60s and early 70s contributed heavily to Nixon’s decision to get us out of Vietnam.
The protesting we’re seeing today is not just noise, it has become extremely violent and deadly. Todays protesting is being financed and the protesters themselves are unpatriotic, naive, and mentally unstable, and are not representative of the American people.

Yes it can be – but probably depends on the issue and what area(s) are being protested in…. local issues are probably more susceptible to protesting influence

They are two different things, and some may be effective in a positive way.
I have not participated in either, or do not foresee I would.
Saw and walked nearby a protest in junior high and totally disliked the vibe.

Just noise. You need a bunch of money and connections to create change. Environmental groups, unions, corporate lobbyists can make a difference. But go bang on your drum about no kings Any protests soon about the high level of poverty in the state or the terrible (mostly) infrastructure?

I think they are a way for some like minded people to come together for a common cause and express themselves and for others to lash out and create mayhem. I also think they do little to nothing to change the mind of politicians and only serve to disrupt and anger others who may be impacted by the protests. They can also have the opposite effect of the intended change desired when they turn violent and become riots. I’m going with “just noise” for the win.

NOISE!!!!!
This ain’t the 70’s anymore and Protests And Rallies go Nowhere. Just a reason for one group to get together to point fingers at another, all while casting stones in glass houses.
I cant stand how everyone gets so offended by another now-a-days.
Time to start celebrating our differences and making jokes about them so we can all laugh together. Differences are what make each and every one of us unique and I sure as heck do not want to be like anyone else!
Wow! How insincere can you get?
We’ll pretend we care if you pay us to.
Whores Inc. – fraudsters with no morals.
I wonder if I could hire some of them to sit in my waiting room and pretend to be patients?
It’s bad for my reputation when someone actually makes an appointment & see’s the place empty when they get here.

It’s all become Just Noise. People are disgusted by the ANTIFA, BLM, Michael Brown and St. George Floyd violence.
And the lack of curiosity on the part of Democrats pertaining to the ODD CIRCUMSTANCES surrounding J6.

If does not hinder people from getting to work and
doing their jobs then I am okay with it.
Once it becomes violent or people start to damage
property, over it.

Seems that the internet has taken over and it’s more effective for creating change than protests. Ideas and concepts can be distributed much faster and broader.

Funny thing, I was just talking to a coworker about this. Honestly, to me it just feels like noise since nothing really changes after a protest. I get why people do it though they want their voices heard and they’re standing up for what they believe in. But at the end of the day, no laws shift, nobody loses a position, and life just keeps moving the same.

It seems these days they are an effective way to get shot.
And then have morally bankrupt people laugh about it on social media.
So if nothing else it’s a good way to identify the morally bankrupt.

Rallies, sure! Chant, Sing, Dance, whatever .. do your thing to draw attention in.
Protests – not really. Unfortunately since normal people do not pay attention to protests, the ‘protestors’ get upset and want to be heard, so they start damaging cars, buildings and more. So the protest quickly jumps into a riot.
When you riot, I lose all respect for you, your cause and hope you rot in jail. But we all know that in California we do not punish a rioter/protestor – we coddle them because we do not want their feelings hurt. We want them to feel like they can express their emotions, even when it causes harm to other peopel.
