Westbound state Highway 4 will be closed overnight between Cummings Skyway and San Pablo Avenue in Contra Costa County for repaving starting Monday, Caltrans said.
The highway will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. every night through Oct .10,, depending on weather conditions, Caltrans said Friday.
The closure will allow paving crews to complete work in the Cummings Skyway area, Caltrans said.
Eastbound Highway 4 traffic is not expected to be affected.
