Well…. I guess there is no accounting for taste but…. “Falling In & Out Of Love” and “Amie” both by Pure Prairie League are actually one song and should never, ever be played without “Falling” being the lead in to “Amie”.

There are so many songs, by so many artists that put me in a good (better) mood when they come on, I cannot name just one song.

Tough one, so many good songs I will try to narrow it down. “Here comes the sun” by the Beatles, coming from Denmark after a long dark winter that song just warms your soul. Gimme me 3 Step, Lynard Skynyrd, great story telling. Dancing in the Dark Bruce Springsteen. Mustang Sally Wilson Pickett, Rock in Me by Steve Miller, reminds me of a favorite boyfriend, last 2 ones from my 2 favorite bands, Soul Kitchen by the Doors and Across the Great Divide by The Band, oh almost forgot Moondance by Van Morrison, reminds me of Westport Ct. and my boyfriend back then, not the same as the Steve Miller one.

Hot Rod Lincoln, Sloop John B, and Treat Her Right (original Roy Head, but George Thorogood version is pretty decent)

Thumbs up, especially when song by Whitney Houston. However, not sure it puts me in a good mood, but gives me the chills.
agreed, it is more than a good mood. Patriotism, joy, proud of the country, with chills.
The Jimi Hendrix version was quite good.
Many different versions, but as far as I’m concerned no one tops Whitney, from the Superbowl, and she made it look so easy.
Tchaikovsky Symphony #1 “Winter Dreams”.
Let’s Go Crazy (Prince)
Too many to pick from … from Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Doors, Jimi Hendrix, a few from CCR
“God’s Gonna Cut You Down” – Johnny Cash
Sugarloaf “Green-Eyed” Lady. Rarely hear it, but when I do it brings nice memories of the Ocean and nice compliments.
Walking on Sunshine
Anything by Creedence Clear Water Revival! (CCR)
I love their music, but some of their songs are not uplifting, but rather protest songs, such as “Fortunate Son” and “Bad Moon Rising”.
