UPDATE: Tuesday Night’s Clayton Planning Commission Meeting To Discuss Proposed Development Rescheduled To October 28

The City of Clayton abruptly cancelled its meeting to discuss the proposed 30-unit townhouse development at the southeast corner of Clayton Road and Peacock Creek Drive. The meeting was scheduled to be held this evening, however, a notice just went out around 5 p.m. that the meeting was rescheduled to October 28 at 7 p.m. The location will be Hoyer Hall, at the Clayton Community Library.

Why have a meeting to talk about something that will never be built just like the Olivia project!

…. not being facetious…. why wouldn’t greedy developers get their way with revenue to the city?
