“Come Out With Your Hands Up” – Police Helicopter In Concord Circling Home In Holbrook Heights Neighborhood

A police helicopter is circling the Holbrook Heights neighborhood in Concord, focusing in on one house, where they’re announcing for a person inside to “come out with your hands up.”

Neighbors in the area should stay inside.

It’s currently unknow why the person is wanted, but use caution if you’re in the area.

Thanks to all the Claycordians for the tips!

Isn’t this kinda stuff why they spent a bunch of our tax money on drones? Why the helicopter?

The police should be making these announcements.
Since the local PDs activated the latest version of a scrambler, citizens have no way to find out what police activity is occurring in their own neighborhood.
The police need to find a way to inform the community about dangers.
It’s irresponsible for any government to provide a service, then turn it off without replacing it.
I understand why the police decided to turn on the scrambler.
I don’t understand why an alternative wasn’t put in place for the citizens.
If the City Council worked for the people, something could be done.

On garden, near Dons market. Police are on port chicago up against the backyards of garden between hickory and acacia.

Drone is overhead.

Seems like the other side of port chicago, claudia and ida and such, are all quiet.

Thanks R S. That side of PC Hwy is not Holbrook Hgts… still too close though. That’s either the South end of Sun Terrace…or the North end of Hillcrest?

So the neighborhood behind Don’s is sun Terrace?

No Excuses & Dalmarche Holton,
.
The subdivision between High School Avenue and Acacia Drive is the Mount Diablo (also known as the Diablo) neighborhood and the subdivision between Krueger Drive and Gehringer Drive is the Glenbrook Heights neighborhood.

Since they blocked us from listening on the scanners (police radios) there’s no telling what they’re doing. I heard they do this in other countries, but they’re all communist. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Too many people are complicit in this stuff, just because they crazily think that the people leading us down this path will somehow protect them while they’re stepping on everyone else’s neck. Left/right/Dems/repubs ALL should be concerned about what the government is doing. Ideally people will start to wake-the-heck up before it’s too late.
