For a Parole violation, used to be there was possibility of being sent back
to state prison.
Since AB-109 was passed in 2011, most time they can get is 180 days
in county jail. Great deterrence of crime while on parole, thank democrat
controlled state legislature for passing the bill.

“At Eagle Peak Avenue and Miwok Way, a Richmond man was stopped for vehicle code violations and arrested for possession of a narcotic controlled substance. This is exactly what Clayton residents can expect more of on a consistent basis if you let allow high density low income housing in Clayton. If someone is working in Fremont they can move closer to Fremont where it is more affordable and less of a commute but if someone is moving to Clayton to escape the stupidity and lawlessness of “city life” they most definitely don’t want that crap in their city.
