It sure was exciting here, tonight. Counting the two little girls from next door, my Grandson, and his buddies, we had five trick-or-treaters tonight.
sorry Cowellian…here we had a pretty steady stream most of the night. Lots of little kids too, so fun to hear the enjoyment in their voices.

It was still fun, and everyone had a great time. At my daughter’s shop, they gave away 6 massive Costco bags of candy before noon. My grandson went to his buddies’ neighborhood where there was a lot of action.
No kids here… never have been any on Halloween.
Narrow unlit road, culverts, all kinds of wild animals….coyotes, raccoons, opossums, and there’s always the danger of tripping over a skunk.

Otter Pops, that’s an idea. These kids get candied out. Bonanza, a big community event was Thursday and Friday was the downtown candy crawl, trick or treating at the Governor’s mansion and then they his the neighborhoods.
I live in a 3 section development that backs against a hill and has an elementary school, so it’s safe with slower traffic. It is nice seeing the kids

I was actually talking about the people in the stands. But just goes to show you even their baseball team doesn’t want Canadians on it.
I watched because baseball is my favorite sport, and it was an exciting series, game 7 style! Love or hate the Dodgers, they’re hard to beat.

I know you’re a Giants fan, and I understand the rivalry. I didn’t miss a pitch either. The Dodgers did have the highest payroll, and that’s part of the equation. I admire great talent. Game 3 and Game 7 were what Post Season baseball is all about.
Agreed. I think we were watching the two best teams in MLB this year without a doubt and the games were fair.
Nobody won because of a bad call or technicality.
I just wish the Dodgers would stop doing that childish little hula dance every time they get on base, some of them looked like they were embarrassed to have to do it.
Ygnacio Valley High School football team is 0-9. Last year they were able to win 4 games after a long losing streak. The last 5 games the other teams have all scored more than 50 points, some over 60. Unfortunately, the last game will be against Alhambra High School. If you have nothing to do why not go watch a high school football game at YV and cheer on the losing team, on Friday the 7th at 7pm. At least they don’t quit. NCS really needs to come up with another league for these small teams and let them compete against each other. Maybe make it an 8-man league. These one sided games are ridiculous.
