The Clayton Police Department released its activity report for the week of October 31 through November 6, 2025, detailing a handful of arrests and one reported burglary. Police arrested a 23-year-old Concord man early on November 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Officers stopped the man near the 5200 block of Clayton Road for traffic violations and determined he was under the influence. He was booked at the Concord Police Department on DUI charges. In a separate incident, a 38-year-old woman from Bay Point was cited on November 4 for driving with a license suspended or revoked due to a prior DUI. Officers stopped her near the 5300 block of Clayton Road. She was released on a signed promise to appear in court. Officers also responded to reports of a petty theft on Heritage Trail on November 2 and a commercial burglary in the 5400 block of Clayton Road on November 3. No vandalism or traffic accidents were reported during the week.
