Pho at kevin’s noodle house if the bad weather occurs on the weekdays; otherwise it is menudo and michelada at a Mexican restaurant.

Yesterday I made about a dozen burritos and placed them in the freezer. When I feel like
a snack, I’ll just stick one or two in the microwave.
Tonight I’m making jasmine rice with peas, chicken, peanut butter, and a blend of spices.
I got the idea from Indian and Thai cuisines, and make it up as I go along.

That sounds alot like diet my dog was on when she got too fat.
Her Vet prescribed 3.5 ounce meals of chopped chicken white meat, rice, peas and lowfat cottage cheese to help lose a couple pounds.
She loved that dish.

A steaming bowl of mac’n cheese with a pinch of smoked paprika; canned tomato & cheese ravioli, piping hot; sourdough garlic bread, hot from the oven, with butter, olive oil, & garlic; hot canned clam chowder with the garlic bread; hot coffee; Guess I like the old-fashioned food that I grew up with – and I like it heated way up on cold winter nights. Hope you have a great evening, Claycordians.

Boston Clam Chow or Manhattan ?

A couple shrimp chimichangas and a few margaritas from Guadalajara grill in Clayton. Of course I don’t need any particular kind of weather I have those every week.
