33-Year-Old Concord Woman Arrested For Robbery In Brentwood

Brentwood Police responded to a robbery at Marshalls earlier this month, shortly before 8 p.m. Officers arrived within minutes and spotted a vehicle matching the suspect description leaving the area. After conducting a traffic stop, officers detained all three occupants without incident.

Loss-prevention personnel identified all three individuals as being involved in the theft. A search of the vehicle turned up stolen merchandise still bearing Marshalls price tags. Officers also learned that one suspect had an outstanding warrant and was carrying illegal drugs.

Police arrested 33-year-old Kwameshia Mosley of Concord on suspicion of robbery, theft, possession of a controlled substance, and the outstanding warrant. Two additional suspects, 37-year-old Ashley Morgan of Vallejo and 32-year-old Narquishia Taplin of Vallejo, were also arrested on theft-related charges and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.

Awww dangit!
I was betting Narquishia would be the one busted for drugs… it would have been more appropriate than Kwameshia.
Ashley Morgan! Who dreamed up that ridiculous name?

D A. Becton will drop charges. She does not prosecute shoplifters.
