Yes! The kids at the high school I work at are actually talking to each other instead of on their phones looking at social media.

Of course they should! No kid needs to be on their cell phone in school unless it’s a emergency.

Yes! Phones should be locked up until school is dismissed.!

They never belonged there in the first place. A call can be made to the office and an official should come and alert the student to their emergency

Only reason I would say not to ban them, in case of emergency. School medical emergency, active shooter, or even just to give cpr instructions over the phone.

Locked up during the day but available in case of emergency

Deploy Cell Phone Jammers in classrooms. Of course, the Top Contributor to Politicians is Telecommunications companies………so No solution will be found and schools will continue to under perform.

Wow someone doesnt understand they still have a mouth and words to speak with. Clearly you can always speak with your friends directly, with words to their face, like all humanity had to do for thousands of years. At the appropriate time of course. Like we all had to before cell phones. Your freedom of speech is fine dingus. Youre just addicted and lashing out. Its going to be okay, and maybe on a better note, you’ll learn to talk to people normally and not be socially stunted anymore.
