Democrats have been predicting all year that president Trump would be crashing the economy by his tariffs and other economic policies. It ends up that the economy is stronger than ever! There might even be a $2,000 bonus check per taxpayer coming to share the benefits! What are the Democrats going to hyperventilate and falsely panic people over next?
He is crashing the economy – the economy of mommy government, free stuff and criminal behavior is OK for those living and supporting the democrat government socialist way.
The US economy is overvalued anyway. The standard of living is too high. I mention this occasionally and some of the “conservatives” hate the idea probably because they made money off the inflated standard of living, while at the same disdained the increases in the minimum wage which I always have said that won’t solve anything.

I look back 100 years ago to the “roaring twenties” and when by the depression many monster homes were turned into boarding room houses. I also know that the construction firms built monster homes over the past few decades because they were more profitable. Doesn’t matter if people bought those and have lost them due to foreclosure.

My guess is that Congressman Swalwell drops out of the race for governor before the primary so that he can run for another term in Congress, just as he did when he ran for president in 2020.

Although it is early, it appears Larry Summers (D) worth about $40M, Reid Hoffman (D) huge Democrat donor worth about $2.5B you know the kind of people the Democrats despise, and House Minority Speaker brother Hakeem Jeffries (D) have all showed up in one form or another on the Epstein Files. IMO it appears most Democrats don’t care about the survivors, but only want to see Trump’s name in them. I will bet that if the files continue to show ties with people like Clinton and Gates to Epstein who have already lawyered up, that Democrats will start to focus their attention on something else.

There is no money to give everyone a $2000.00 check.

Farm and ranch bankruptcies have been rising for years, and it’s been much more than any tariffs that have been the problem in these industries. I’ve farmed and ranched, and I witnessed many bankruptcies of the farms and ranches in the areas around me. I remember decades ago, when the price of soybeans was so low that we farmers refused to sell them and put them into storage instead. Don’t you remember when John Mellencamp, Willie Nelson, and Neil Young started Farm Aid to give aid to family farms that were facing foreclosures and bankruptcies four decades ago? The problems in the farming and ranching industries existed long before Donald Trump became president.

According to business news reports, it’s been estimated that half of the amount of money needed to send out $2,000.00 checks to a portion of the U.S. adult population will have been brought in from tariffs sometime next year. However, I don’t believe any checks should be sent out, but instead tariff revenue should be used to reduce the annual budget deficit or reduce the national debt. Although, I do understand why President Trump wants to send out $2,000.00 checks, I just don’t agree with it, at least at this time.

I’m not deflecting any of the actions taken by President Trump, his actions regarding tariffs in both his first and second presidencies are well known.

Yes, we clearly saw that President Trump’s tariffs had a negative affect on farmers and ranchers in his first term when it came to exporting their crops, especially to China, they’re having the same affect today in the export market, and yet most farmers and ranchers have been willing to endure the short term pain caused by temporary tariffs in a trade war, in order for them to obtain a better deal for themselves and the country.

Those 2024 bankruptcy rate increases of more than 50% weren’t because of actions a future President Donald Trump hadn’t yet taken. So, what was it that President Biden was doing to farmers and ranchers that caused this huge spike in bankruptcies???

The FACT remains that farming and ranching are heavily leveraged industries and they’ve been facing other market forces, pressures, and stresses other than retalitory tariffs in the export market.

It is obvious to me that you have never been in the military. What “The Seditious Six” have done is extremely dangerous. Encouraging soldiers to not follow orders leads to low morale and a breakdown in the chain of command. Those two things alone cause battles to be lost and military members getting killed.
EVERY volunteer in the armed services receives instructions on illegal orders, focusing mostly on things like prisoner treatment (no torturing or killing captives, even if ordered to do so) and attacking non-combatants (no burning the villages or bombing the refugees).
What these idiots did was sow distrust and division within the ranks. None of the six have explained what illegal orders they are referring to. In fact, several have publicly stated that there have not been any illegal order issued. So they are just slinging BS to make the pea brained left think that they are still “resisting”.
