ConFire is responding to a report of flames seen in the garage of a duplex on Balhan Ct near Balhan Dr, in Concord. There may still be an individual inside. This is being dispatched as a commercial structure fire.
Update: Units enroute report smoke visible from four blocks away. The first unit on scene reports smoke from the front of the structure and active fire in the garage.
Update: The fire has been knocked down and crews are switching to overhaul operations. Nobody was found inside.
