The stop and wait. If the parking lot is design as a one way, they block traffic. A good example is the concord flea market. Some drivers block traffic instead of circling around

The Stop & Wait drivers are the worst.
Their behavior is inconsiderate & lazy, keeping other drivers waiting… trapped behind them.
All so they can have a parking space that will keep them from having to walk a little further to their destination.
It is even more maddening if they are fatsos who could use the exercise!
They should try parking on the back row where there is plenty of parking and a long waddle to the building so they can burn off some of that tonnage.

You have to do what you have to do. I don’t have a problem with either as long as you are being considerate of others on the road. Rather that than parking illegally.

I normally don’t hunt for a parking space because I always head towards the back of the lot where there’s usually plenty of parking. The people that want to park as close to the store
as possible, are in my opinion lazy, and the people that block traffic when they stop and
wait are not only lazy, but downright inconsiderate and rude.
Due to a war injury, I qualify as a disabled veteran and I have the placard, but I rarely use it because I can tolerate the pain, and I don’t want to take up a handicap parking space when there are people that need to use it more than I do.

It’s not the waiter. The person whom loads the vehicle, gets in starts the vehicle, puts the car in reverse(reverse lights on). Then proceeds to either text or make a call while sitting in parking space. Common courtesy, move along…..

No problem with either, as long as the waiting driver leaves enough room to go around.

the worst are: drivers who take multiple spots. People who think street parking in front of theirs houses belong to them.
Some of y’all will remember Atticus Thraxx. He always had an interesting take on people waiting for his parking spot. After getting into his car, he would take the opportunity to alphabetize his maps.
