A man who was shot and killed in Oakland the day before Thanksgiving has been identified as 36-year-old Terrill James Millhouse, according to the Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau. Millhouse, from Walnut Creek, was shot just after 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 26 in the 1700 block of 28th Avenue in East Oakland.

When Oakland police officers arrived on the scene, they provided first aid until paramedics took Millhouse to the hospital, where he later died, police said. No arrest has been announced in connection with the shooting.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Oakland police Homicide Section at (510) 238-3821 or the department’s tip line at (510) 238-7950. Photos and videos can be sent to cidvideos@oaklandca.gov.

Arrested 6 times since 2019, lives in Walnut Creek but hanging out in East Oakland at night (probably buying drugs again) but when he winds up dead it’s the gun’s fault.
Geez Creeker… if an arsonist burned down your house you’d probably blame the matches.

The guy did not seem like good company for the average resident of this area.
